ABOUT HOPE BRUSEAU

I graduated in December 2013 with a Bachelors degree and honors in hospitality management from University of Central Florida\'s Rosen College. I have experience working in the hospitality industry at different restaurants and hotels, including Disney. I also have experience in the medical field on the patient experience side as well as the finance side in the Patient Access department. I have worked at the Children\'s, Mother & Baby Hospitals as well as the only Level One Trauma hospital in Central Florida. I have experience in sales and resupplies of medical devices (CPAP) during my time at Apria Healthcare where I was a Sleep Supply Specialist and SME. My recruiting experience started at ADP as a Recruiting Specialist where I had experience in campus recruiting, conducting phone interviews and background checks for potential candidates, as well as sourcing for qualified candidates to apply for open positions. I extended offers of employment and reviewed the on-boarding process with new hires. In my current role as a Client Relationship Manager with NXTThing RPO I am responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruiting process, from sourcing, to phone interviews, offers, etc. I work closely with the hiring managers to find candidates that will best suit their needs. As well as manage the candidate experience from start to finish. I have experience will high volume recruiting, temp staffing, specialty roles, and call center roles. I am currently a recruiter on Pet Paradise and have worked on Follet Bookstores, Anthem (BCBS), PepsiCo, Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals, Childcare Network and more.
