ABOUT MEGHAN HOOVER

Organized and detail-oriented project manager at heart with a proven entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic. Dependable and full of initiative, I strive to bring curiosity, creativity, and strategy to my work. I’m self-motivated and believe that anyone can be a leader, no matter their title. Outside of my Annual Giving and Stewardship expertise, my vulnerable leadership practice has driven me to serve on several committees and councils supporting the University of Southern California. This work provides an outlet through which I channel my long-time passion for DEIAB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging). I have earned a Masters in Human Resource Management through USC Bovard College, which deepened my knowledge, understanding, and application of topics pertaining to workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational success.Fight On!
