I buried Jimmy alive. and also run the Art Department for the largest YouTube channel in the known universe.As head of the department, I lead a talented team of designers, builders, and logistical operators who bring some of the biggest ideas on YouTube to life, often on highly abbreviated timelines and strict budgets.From large-scale obstacle courses to immersive cinematic environments, we design and build sets that push creative and technical boundaries. As I’ve grown and scaled the department to meet the demands of an ever-evolving content pipeline, while driving multimillion-dollar cost savings through process improvements, in-house CNC + 3D printing integration, and strategic resource & logistic planning, I’ve learned a few things along the way.At the core, my role is about bridging imagination and execution, turning ambitious concepts into unforgettable physical worlds, and making the impossible feel not just doable, but real.
