ABOUT HOOR ZESHAN

I am currently studying a UAL Level 4 Fashion Retail: Business and Marketing, where I am developing an understanding of the key factors that influence the fashion industry and how to build effective marketing strategies for the fast-paced retail environment. I am also using industry tools such as WGSN, GlobalData, The Business of Fashion, and EDITED to support trend analysis, market research, and strategy development across the business and marketing landscape. I initially completed a Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy, which provided me with strong knowledge of the beauty industry and equipped me with valuable customer engagement, communication, and product knowledge skills.Alongside my studies, I have gained experience in fashion and beauty retail, allowing me to better understand consumer behaviour, customer needs, and effective communication strategies. I also have administrative experience supporting marketing strategy, including coordinating marketing activities such as creating social media content and designing promotional materials. In addition, I have managed data and developed experience using content creation tools such as Photoshop and Canva.These experiences have led me to develop a strong interest in marketing communications and public relations, which I aspire to pursue within the fashion and beauty industries.
