With more than 24 years in the mortgage industry, I’ve built and led successful mortgage teams by focusing on what truly drives long-term success: strong relationships, operational excellence, market expertise, and a culture built on integrity and accountability. I’m passionate about helping loan originators grow their business, strengthen their referral networks, and operate in an environment that supports both performance and professional development. At Wisconsin Mortgage Corporation, we are committed to giving our loan officers the tools, leadership support, and operational strength they need to compete and win in today’s market. Our goal is simple—create a platform where great mortgage professionals can build sustainable, scalable businesses while providing outstanding service to borrowers and real estate partners. Prior to entering the mortgage industry in 2001, I spent 20 years in U.S. Naval Aviation, serving as a helicopter rescue swimmer and later as a radar intercept officer flying F-14 Tomcats. That experience shaped my leadership style and reinforced the importance of discipline, teamwork, and mission-focused execution. I’ve been fortunate in both my professional and personal life. My wife Jolene and I have been married for over 36 years, and we’re proud parents of three adult children, two sons-in-law, and grandparents to our grandsons Henry, Charlie and granddaughter Violet. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and pheasant hunting with my Portuguese Pointer, Mabel.
