I am a chartered surveyor and currently work within the award winning Central London Tenant Representation team at Cushman & Wakefield. I have been advising occupiers for 14 years, within the London market, including acquiring new office space and negotiating lease regears or renewals. Despite having a focus on the West End I have successfully completed transactions across Central London for a huge variety of occupiers. I recently acquired Toughmudder\'s new HQ in the heart of Brixton alongside acquiring a new HQ in Mayfair for Raymond James. I love the variety that my job brings and how developing a real estate strategy can make a huge difference to a business, little or large. I\'m proud of the projects I\'ve been part of and the relationships that I have formed with my clients.
