With its two auditorium and its 16 meeting rooms it can welcome from 20 to 800 people.Provide quotations for conferences and event proposals to drive sales of conference facilities to ensure targets are achieved Host site inspections and ensure follow up is completedCoordinate all aspects of conferences and events administration, operations and accounting processesLiaise with the caterer (Lenôtre and Raynier Marchetti) on menus and banquets, event orders, setups, guest feedback and service levelsWork with all providers to provide superior service levels during all conferences and event and maintain key clients within the venueAct as the main link between sales and operations to ensure that all clients and customers are receiving luxury service at all timesOversee internal communications between departments> organisation of 400 events per year
