As the Chief Operating Officer at Equal Justice Works, I am passionate about advancing the cause of equal justice for all, especially for underserved and minority populations. With over 15 years of experience in leadership, public service, and innovation, I have a proven track record of advising executive teams, building nonprofits, growing partnerships, and representing diverse communities in various sectors.In my previous roles, I have spearheaded business development initiatives and political partnerships for an innovative IT organization, launched two new divisions, coordinated a call with the White House and 100K minority small business owners, and worked on the 2017 Virginia Governor race. I have also helped develop technology strategies for education and digital media, and fostered a partnership with AASA to launch a portable computer for rural students. I am a CoSA Certified Chief of Staff, and hold an honorary doctorate degree and a bachelor\'s degree in education from Lindsey Wilson College.
