Reduced 100+ hours/months across all sites; gained 40%+ more accuracy in stock-out prevention and scraps reduction than experience-based planning- Establish a data pipeline that collects and processes complex and heavy raw data related to scraps and corporate finance; developed end-to-end data visualization dashboard that enables business to efficiently predict and monitor $100M+ annual scraps and recommends reduction/mitigation strategies.
