A locally well known premier outpatient practice that offers evidence based medication management, psychotherapy, and neuromodulation. Founded with a vision of a strong focus on high quality and effective care based on peer reviewed literature. The opening day of this office was January 7, 2019 with myself as a solo practitioner in a small rented office space. It has since quickly grown. We are now expanding to also training young professionals such as those in the PhD (Doctor of Philosophy), PsyD, and psychiatry residency programs. The mission has expanded to help young professionals gain clinical experience in being effective providers and effective in navigating their career to achieve their individual goals. These also include character development, work ethic, financial literacy, effectively enhancing one\'s market value and understanding compensation. In addition to providing the best care we can, the mission continues to emphasize wellbeing of the provider. The practice strives to also give a balanced life with a healthy schedule, promotion of provider autonomy to focus on their areas of passion, be a life long learner, collaborate with colleagues, comfortable standard of living and compensation. A healthy provider is an effective provider with longevity in the career.
