Passion]* Exploration and discovery have always taken a big role in my profession. As an independent consultant, I facilitate product development with my engineering, design, and manufacturing experience. In other words, I shape the transformation from theory to deliverables.* My other driving force is to connect with people, motivate them to go beyond their comfort zone and share their success stories. I pursue this endeavor by embracing the responsibilities of an engineering and technology professor. I extend and engage with diversified audiences by means of effective communication, transparency and personal mentoring.[Venture]* As the founder of a startup company, I built a cross-functional team from the ground up. I assembled the essential components for R&D: hardware designers, software developers, printed circuit board specialists and mechanical engineers. We design, develop the prototypes and manufacture the products for our customers. In short, we transform the customer’s concept into reality. Our navigational prototype was show cased in the 2011 Offshore Technology Conference.* Prior to running a startup, I was one of the Engineering Specialists of Hewlett Packard Global Engineering Services (GES). A $35-million, 200-person, professional services organization operates in 20 countries. I formulated and executed contracts with worldwide third party suppliers and partners. I also designed and fabricated hardware to validate emerging systems, debugged chipsets and other PC related components. These services, along with others of GES, generated revenue estimated to be over $60 billion for HP.* I was a member of the Stores Management System team on the F-16 fighter program. I designed the avionic sub-systems to monitor the weapons plus other supplies carried by the F-16.
