Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process, including all necessary documentation. Biometric & Payroll Management: Handle biometric systems, attendance tracking, and payroll administration for new employees. Communication & Engagement: Conduct regular huddles, manage communications on the floor, and organize engagement activities for FTCs. Absenteeism & Attrition: Monitor and manage absenteeism and attrition, providing timely reports and interventions. Documentation Distribution: Distribute offer letters, salary slips, and ESIC cards accurately and promptly. To follow up from vendors for compliance data (like PF, ESIC Challan). Grievance Management: Address employee grievances effectively and maintain tracking reports. Conduct & participate in various Grievance mechanisms initiatives such as HR GEMBA, and coffee Meeting etc. The objective of these initiatives is to resolve individual queries & complaint. Performance Management: Oversee FTC performance management, including PlPs, warnings, and terminations as necessary. Exit Process Management: Manage the complete exit process for resignations and terminations. Roster & Attendance Management: Conduct daily roster checks against actual attendance. Looking after time office work and daily manpower monitoring. Ensuring smooth functioning of all the welfare facilities like canteen, rest room, drinking water facilities, transport services, dispensary, working condition, Ambulance & Security. Industrial Relations Issues: Address and manage any IR-related issues. Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on attendance, grievances, and other relevant metrics. Overall administration of the Motherhub (MH) – Vendor management, transportation, securities, canteen, housekeeping, assets managements, facility management etc.
