ABOUT HOM Z.

As a second-year Graduate QS at AtkinsRéalis, I am currently on secondment to National Highways. I am actively involved in Early Careers and ED & I initiatives, where I contribute to internal projects aimed at enhancing the onboarding experience for September 2025 graduates and apprentices, and participating in interviews for 2026 graduate candidates.I bring a multidisciplinary background, underpinned by an MSc in Quantity Surveying and a valuable year-out placement within the UK\'s dynamic rail infrastructure sector. My professional journey encompasses experience across the hospitality, higher education, government, rail, and highway sectors, spanning the UK, China, and New Zealand. This diverse global perspective provides a strong foundation for contributing effectively to complex infrastructure projects.I am actively working towards achieving my MRICS accreditation and am passionate about delivering value through cost-effective, sustainable, and innovative solutions within the built environment.
