As a part of the Administration team at HDFC Sales Private Limited, I oversee key operational and facility management functions to ensure seamless office operations across multiple locations. My responsibilities include- Identifying and finalizing office locations based on business requirements-Negotiating lease agreements with landlords, after obtaining legal and technical clearance from HDFC Bank- Finalizing office layouts and coordinating with architects for efficient space utilization- Engaging with real estate vendors to stay updated on market trends and opportunities- Overseeing office setup, coordinating with architects, and ensuring timely handover to business teams- Liaising with the IT team for internet feasibility, telephone lines, UPS, servers, and other essential infrastructure- Managing procurement and placement of office equipment- Conducting joint inspections and ensuring smooth handover of office sites- Coordinating with the accounts department for timely rental payments- Maintaining MIS and trackers for architectural payments, advances, and office maintenance escalations across 214 branches- Collaborating with Pan-India admin officers for utility bill payments, rent escalations, and lease renewals- Organizing fire safety mock drills and training programs for branch employees- Overseeing asset verification, tagging, and inventory management for offices nationwide- Ensuring office hygiene, upkeep, and overall maintenance to create a safe and efficient workplace.
