As the Regional Care Ambassador for Canada Team Manager, I am responsible for ensuring that the caregiver success and provide an excellent caregiver experience throughout their time with TheKey. I manage a team of Ambassadors who are responsible for over professional caregiver employees. I am responsible for the conversion rate/billable shifts post-hire, including minimizing the use of overtime and/or bonuses. As a Team Manager, I understand the adoption of caregiver technology and proactively work on efficiencies and improvements. I ensure that caregiver communications are coordinated and consistent and that ambassadors are keeping caregiver profiles and availability up to date. I am responsible for ensuring a high level of caregiver retention; including analyzing the data and making suggestions for improvement in retention. I provide excellent customer service and responsiveness to local teams in their efforts to follow Provincial laws in their work with employees; serving as a mentor and coach to local team members for caregiver-employee relations issues.
