Led 9 post-program studies (ex-post evaluations) for child-sponsorship funded programs to determine ranges of outcome sustainability and predictors of sustainability. Dual study purpose for accountability and advancement of learning internally and externally on what happens when funding ends.• Contributed to the development of quality checking tools and internal feedback mechanisms for baseline and end-line evaluations. Used the technical review process of evaluation designs as an opportunity for field-staff capacity development and incorporated gender analysis as part of routine evaluation reviews.• Concurrent-management of a few pilot projects aimed at addressing urgent organizational needs such as the development of recommendation on use of evaluation results to determine closure of child-sponsorship funded programs; or development of global field-guidance on use of LQAS to monitor multi-sectoral, long-term development programs, etc. • Represented and promoted Word Vision’s M&E work to external fora such as InterAction or American Evaluation Association, but also ensured cross-pollination of learning by disseminating resources and updates from external actors to internal groups. Active participation in communities of practices around child protection and resilience. Member of internal Gender Task Force.
