Led the migration of a legacy jQuery-based frontend to React. Designed a hybrid architecture that unifies both versions into a single application, enabling gradual migration of individual sections. Acted as frontend lead (with 3 FE devs), managing development processes, supporting planning and prioritization, and collaborating closely with the design team. Implemented shared routing and authentication across both frontend versions— Maintained the existing codebase: fixed bugs, implemented security improvements (XSS, CSP), added new features.
