ABOUT EDDIE HOLMES

Eddie is Founder at Kiss My Face, which helps Irish businesses develop and deploy AI solutions across marketing and operations. As well as preaching, I also deploy these solutions in my own two eCommerce brands.Prior to this he started Allster, which enabled cool and contemporary Irish brands to expand to new markets while enabling consumers to discover those brands easily, utilising an online marketplace and prominent travel retail store.Before focusing on Irish businesses, Eddie built a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur in the property and PropTech sectors, bringing together business, property services and technology expertise in one skill set. Latterly he raised £1.6m to build Unissu, subsequently exiting in a trade sale.Having brought unrivalled levels of transparency to the conveyancing industry using technology he then joined Spire Ventures, where he acted as Investment Director. In this role, Eddie was instrumental in the investment in HubbleHQ and a key part of the creation of PiLabs, Europe’s first property focused accelerator.As an independent consultant, Eddie has advised a range of listed and private property companies on digital transformation and the impact of PropTech.Through these experiences and in his role as Chairman of the UK PropTech Association, Eddie has an unparalleled perspective of the challenges and opportunities facing property and PropTech businesses.He is also a passionate supporter and thought leader in early stage entrepreneurship as Founder of registered charity Launch22.
