I produce upstream, in the problem space, with customers and stakeholders, converting qualitative/quantitative signal into strategic clarity, and then into organizational alignment that actually holds. My background is in human-centered design, which means I lead from the problem statement outward. I am a customer champion inside the building and I\'ve learned to hold that tension productively. I bring feasibility back into conversations that have drifted into ambition. I don\'t run through walls. I help organizations understand what the wall is made of before deciding how to get to the other side.I\'ve spent most of my career reporting directly to CEOs, Chief Strategy Officers, and Chief Marketing Officers. I understand the pressure that comes with that responsibility. I\'ve been depended on to read the room, steady the narrative, and give executives the illustration they need for their most important decisions.I build programs, not pipelines. I develop product professionals who think strategically, not just ship features. And I build the insight systems that make sure organizational learning compounds rather than evaporates.I\'m now integrating AI into how my teams work and collaborate with engineering talent, not to automate discovery, but to protect and expand the time available for it.
