I’m Holly Woods, PhD. Founder of Living Portal and a developmental guide for visionary leaders, founders, changemakers, and creators who sense they are here to bring forward something that doesn’t yet fully exist.For more than four decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of human development, embodiment, and transformation, bridging rigorous human & organizational development and psychological frameworks with lived, somatic, and consciousness-based practice. With a PhD in Human & Organizational Development and deep training across trauma-informed, relational, business-related, innovation and spiritual modalities, my work supports people in releasing outdated paradigms, reorganizing identity at a deeper level, and creating from a more coherent inner and relational foundation.I am the founder of Emergence Institute and creator of the Living Portal, a developmental framework and initiatory journey designed to cultivate Radical Wholeness, the capacity to integrate inner fragmentation, align with deeper sources of intelligence, and act from coherence rather than effort or control.Rather than optimizing performance or refining surface strategies, my work focuses on the conditions that allow authentic leadership, creativity, and contribution to emerge naturally, from the inside out.Through my signature Involutionary–Evolutionary Flywheel™ and CosmoSync™ frameworks, I support leaders and innovators to:• Stabilize Radical Wholeness and inner coherence• Reclaim creative life force and embodied agency • Align with living systems, nature, and the larger field of intelligence• Translate insight into grounded, world-relevant action• Channel work that is both meaningful and materially effectiveClients and participants come to this work during moments of transition, including personal reinvention, leadership complexity, desire for futuristic innovation, and when old identities or maps no longer hold.
