Workshops enable employees to be directly involved in defining new or old corporate language for themselves. • Guided participants in 2-3hours through entirety of a product cycle: from brainstorm to iteration to production. The result a collaborative 40-100 foot mural. • Created opportunities for participants to identify tendencies, styles and weakness/strengths in the leadership practice
