I’m a passionate, people first Sales Director at QA, leading an incredible team dedicated to transforming careers, empowering learners and supporting organisations to thrive through technology, digital and data apprenticeships.I believe apprenticeships change lives, and that businesses grow when their people grow. That’s why my work centres on building high performing, highly motivated sales teams who are proud to champion future talent, embrace innovation and drive meaningful impact for our clients.Every day, my team and I help organisations close critical skills gaps across cloud, cyber, software, data, AI, DevOps and digital transformation, giving people from every background a pathway into some of the most exciting careers in tech.My leadership style is built on energy, trust, collaboration and ambition.
