I’m a Project Coordinator at Opencast, supporting our Delivery Management Office in bringing clarity, organisation, and accuracy to project delivery. I work closely with delivery leads, workforce allocation teams, and client experience teams to ensure we have reliable, timely data that supports decision-making across the business.My role centres on managing internal project records, preparing reporting for key stakeholders, and helping create a clear, well-rounded view of our project landscape. I also support the onboarding of consultants to client work and collaborate across departments to keep information flowing smoothly.With a background in Talent Acquisition, I bring a people-first approach to operational work: staying close to the detail, anticipating needs, and focusing on what drives meaningful outcomes for colleagues, clients, and the wider business.
