My Beliefs: • Cultivating and maintaining relationships is the foundation to everything. • Creating inclusive and authentic environments helps learning participants feel safe to make mistakes and grow as they move through the learning process. • Discomfort is a natural part of growth, learning, and change, and we are all capable of learning skills to navigate through it. • Building on strengths sets the stage for viewing challenges and mistakes as opportunities for growth.
