About Holly Latty-Mann
Phase 2, The Leadership Trust: With the pandemic and two cochlear implants in my rear view window, I\'m back in the saddle again engaging with my clients outside of the workshops for which TLT was best known. However, my summary remains the same as always:\"I personally have made enough mistakes in my earlier years that it was only through honing my own emotional intelligence/self-awareness that I have had the privilege as co-founder/president of The Leadership Trust® to play a role in helping others in their quest to become better leaders - really, better human beings - by working at root-cause level. Sure, as a human being, I\'m not flawless yet have learned \"that every single mistake is a perfect mistake!\" That\'s actually a quote from my co-founder, the late Dr. Jim Farr. In addition to my history of partnerships with Duke\'s Fuqua School of Business and the Wake Forest University Schools of Business (where I served as Executive Professor of Leadership), I have also enjoyed research projects with NC State and additionally found my work-study students from the University of North Carolina exceptionally bright and highly emotionally intelligent. They helped grow my company! I\'m on my final book draft on leadership and love-ship. Sound strange? With my first PhD majoring in social psychology, I find it no surprise that most leadership scholars draw heavily upon the work of those researching close relationships. I want my clients, both old and new, to derive full and affordable benefits similar to what TLT\'s past workshops graduates enjoyed. Take a look at to get a sense of who I am and what I do along with the testimonial results, where 98% of our past graduates described us as their best training throughout their career. I also recommend the work of Lea Cleret, former CEO, the Leadership Trust, UK. Ask me about her. If you believe work affects home and home affects work, I offer you a safe place to work through what weighs on your heart that could use both lifting AND resolution. On the personal side, I love my rescue pets, nature, cooking, live music, word gaming, biking, and people I haven\'t yet met. If I said I loved my family and friends, you\'d know that\'s not distinguishing exactly who I am!
Experience
CEO, the Leadership Trust
Jan 2020 — Present · Durham and Lexington, NC
Effective January, 2020, The Leadership Trust became hybrid in its delivery of services primarily due to the pandemic. Having to turn away registered clients for our April, 2020 workshops, video conferencing became the norm but with the same drive to deepen and invigorate self-awareness and emotional intelligence within those motivated to take that journey within themselves. As with so many companies, the upside to the pandemic was ensuring the continuation of services via online delivery. This extended our services beyond in-person workshops and coaching. There is now a choice to engage in programs conducted in conference centers or online. Contact L•••••@leadershiptrust.org for details.
