Provide counseling services for adolescents and adults with a warm, empathetic style within a safe, authentic, therapeutic space. Help executive and athletes increase focus, improve resilience and fulfill their potential. I use an integrative approach, and hope to help others heal mind, body, and soul in order to feel whole. A career changer myself, I spent many years in the corporate world and understand workplace stress and the difficulties with career transitions. I believe that we all struggle with life’s challenges and with difficult feelings, both in work as well as in life, and it’s a sign of strength to seek out support. I\'m passionate about inspiring others to tap into their own inner wisdom, and attain a richer, more fulfilling life.
