I\'ve been in the security industry since 1997. I have done technical writing, program management, incident response, communications, and data science. My greatest passion has always been data science, and Microsoft has been an amazing place for that passion to flourish. I am currently the Security Research Director for the organization that detects and blocks malicious and unwanted content for Microsoft Edge, Outlook, and Exchange Online. We use researcher expertise alongside machine learning and other data science approaches to protect people and organizations from spam, phishing, and malicious websites.
