Led them every step of the way including employee communication, building plans in HRIS, auditing data and ensuring carriers receive information within applicable time frame. •Spearheaded HRIS conversion project due to organizational acquisition. Put project plan together including step-by-step instructions, trained team members, collaborated with various departments to ensure full scope and successfully converted profiles from non-paid to paid positions. Executed on time and with 100% accuracy.•Put process in place to import new hire data from ATS to Payroll system, which cut processingtimeline down from 2 days to 2 hours, including auditing phase. The next phase allowed for complete automation via vendor integration.•Played an integral role in data clean-up for organizations ranging in size between 50 - 2,500 employees.
