I’m a strategic finance and business operations leader known for helping executives cut through complexity and focus on what truly drives performance.My career has been built in large and/or global enterprises, where I’ve led enterprise FP & A, full P&L management, capital planning, and finance transformation initiatives. In these environments, the challenge is rarely a lack of data—it’s too much of it. My value is helping leaders separate signal from noise, identify the most meaningful data and few metrics that matter, and use these to to drive clear, confident decisions.Currently, I serve as Director of Segment FP & A at Warner Bros. Discovery, supporting a $3B global cost center across corporate, real estate and technology. I partner closely with senior finance leaders to deliver consolidated P&L reporting and and performance insights, and provide executive decision support. I also play a central role in enterprise system and planning transformations, ensuring data integrity, governance, and executive-level clarity.Previously at other organizations, I led FP & A and business operations for a $400M advertising business and supported long-range enterprise planning across multi-billion dollar portfolios. I’ve been consistently trusted to stand up new reporting models, define KPI frameworks, improve capital allocation decisions, and guide executive teams on how to interpret performance—not just review it.At this stage in my career, I’m open to continuing at enterprise scale or partnering with growth-stage and mid-size organizations that need a seasoned finance leader to build structure, sharpen focus, and mature decision-making capabilities.
