Envera specializes in live, monitored access control security and video monitoring services at community entrances and assets.Envera focuses on affordable security systems that serve the unique safety needs of communities. This includes homeowner associations, condominium associations, and community development districts. In addition, our services assist property managers in easing their responsibilities and allowing them to focus on the needs of residents. We can also plan security from the start when working with developers to create a secure community from the ground up.Our technology-based solutions include the Envera-invented Virtual Gate Guard, Active and Passive Video Surveillance systems, Access Control, and alarm monitoring. While the Virtual Gate Guard greets and screens guests at community entrances, our Active Video Surveillance keeps amenities clear of trespassers and vandals. Envera’s full-service Access Control uses browser-based database technology and credentials to grant or deny access to community assets. The community determines what level of access residents have, while Envera manages the community database remotely.
