Building capacity for mass care service delivery, to include providing logistics support for mass care sheltering and mass care feeding service. Providing direct assistance and recovery services to those impacted by disasters throughout the 77-county Central Appalachia Region (all of West Virginia, as well as parts of eastern Ohio, eastern Kentucky, and western Maryland). Deploying in a leadership capacity and mobilizing a volunteer workforce to support disaster recovery operations throughout the country.
