Build and manage the stakeholder pipeline by designing and leading the organization’s first mid-level giving program Develop systems, processes, and dashboards to manage mid-level donor portfolio. Advise on major gift strategy, proposal development, and donor reporting. Contribute to organization priorities as a member of the DEI working group. Selected accomplishments:• Launched 12 new communications strategies and activities for new portfolio over two years, raising 135%(FY24) and 136%(FY25) of my annual fundraising goals, engaging 39 new and lapsed donors, and achieving a consistent 70% retention rate.• Collaborated closely with the CEO to craft and personalize an executive-level fiscal year-end communication, targeting select major and mid-level prospects, securing in new gifts in FY24.• Established new virtual salon series with President to engage Board members and key donors, helping close $2.65M in donations.• Developed and executed a comprehensive, organization-wide post-event communication strategy, resulting in new fundraising leads and partnership opportunities.• Built mass marketing portfolio inclusive of lapsed donors and coordinated on the development of targeted reactivation communication journey, resulting in $15K+ in renewed support in FY25.• Created and launched a new regional event to cultivate prospective donors, collaborating with Rare’s Board Co-Chair and executive leadership to engage their personal networks.
