Recruitment Operations Manager with corporate, freelance, and global startup experience, specializing in high-volume and high-touch talent acquisition. I’ve led recruiting efforts across large-scale event hospitality and major sporting events—including UFC, WWE, FWC26, Ryder Cup, and Super Bowl LX—as well as roles spanning sales, marketing, customer success, legal, compliance, finance, risk, HR, and executive search.I’m known for building recruiting functions from the ground up, including implementing ATS platforms (Rippling, Greenhouse, Jobvite), designing scalable interview workflows, and training hiring managers to drive efficient, candidate-first hiring. My work includes launching SuperDay interview models, creating recruiting playbooks, and managing and scaling teams.In addition to recruitment operations, I’ve held on-site leadership roles for premium, high-profile events.
