I am a results-driven People & Talent leader working at C-suite/ leadership level with both large international and fast scaling VC backed businesses. My experience embraces creating and delivering tailored solutions to ensure you are hiring top talent aligned with your values as a business, ensuring new people hired are set up for instant impact and sustained success. I offer a People-First approach guided around transparency, fairness and flexibility with the aim of creating a positive, inclusive and supportive environment where people are empowered and motivated to do their best work. International recruiting experience at Amazon, which included building a shared services centre in Bratislava and growing an Ad-tech business\' presence in EMEA and APAC from 80 -> 300, which included entry into new markets in Japan and the Nordics. My most recent role was Head of People for a food Tech start up, and I was responsible for HR Policy, organisational design, compensation benchmarking and policy (including Share Options), employee engagement as well as growing headcount from 20 —> 70 employees within 12 months underpinned by a new HRIS/ ATS systems and processes.
