About Holly Ray-Sanchez

After finishing my undergraduate studies at Boston University in the summer of 2018, I pursued a Master’s degree in International Business at Hult International Business School in Boston. As a dual citizen of the US and UK, it was my dream to rotate, so I also completed courses in Dubai and London. In the spring of 2020 I wrapped up my studies with a second Master\'s degree in International Marketing, also from Hult. Now I am working at T-Mobile in the Communications, Responsibility and Events organization on the Business Operations team! I decided to pursue my graduate degrees after my experience as a Mobile Expert at T-Mobile. I held responsibilities to train, help manage, and assist my team in learning and sales. I was inspired by this diverse and fun team to solve problems and explain services and technology to customers so that they had the best customer service and experience possible. From this role I learned how to effectively lead and motivate people, better my communication skills, and dissolve conflicts rapidly. My abilities to motivate, lead, and help others assist me to positively impact any situation. I adapted these skills to my first corporate adventure with T-Mobile in project management where I led, organized, and communicated across project teams ranging from 20 to 150 people to complete consumer-facing project goals.
