ABOUT HOLLY SUMMERS
I am a 3L at New York Law School with over six years of experience in the legal field, including sports law, intellectual property, entertainment law, real estate, personal injury, bankruptcy, and taxes. During my 1L year, I was asked to join the Dean\'s Leadership Council, an honor afforded to the top 25% of the class. I demonstrated proficiency in producing strong written work and received the highest grade in the class on the advanced research brief assignment. I am highly skilled in conducting legal research with Lexis and Westlaw. Consequently, I was invited to join the New York Law School Law Review and admitted to the Mediation Clinic my 2L year. I currently hold the Citation and Substance Editor position with the New York Law School Law Review. In my free time, I co-host the NIL Hour Podcast on Conduct Detrimental, where we discuss how the law affects major college sports news. I also manage the Conduct Detrimental Newsletter with over 1,700 subscribers. I also enjoy reading, graphic design, painting, and hand embroidery.
