ABOUT HOLLY YOUNG

With over 25 years experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, I bring the highest level of experience to my clients in achieving their real estate needs. Growing up in Sonoma County for over 40 years has afforded me the opportunity to see all the changes and growth over time. My strong knowledge of the market, excellent negotiating skills, acute attention to details and strong communication expertise gives me the edge to exceed my client’s expectations. I strongly believe in my personal and professional approach in helping others not only builds strong, long lasting relationships, but also enables me to unlock the information I need to work hard for my clients - and get them what they want. Connecting personally to my clients distinguishes me as someone dedicated to serving my clients and producing results. My integrity and commitment to my clients is always my highest priority to help them achieve their real estate needs. Being experienced with strategic marketing, social media platforms and design presentation of homes, gives my the opportunity to give my clients unparalleled excellent service and get their property sold. With Grace Designs SoCo, my interior design and staging business, it adds to the service I provide to everyone of my clients. Outside of my drive to continue to grow my real estate business and help others achieve their dreams in real estate, I love traveling, mentoring and supporting women entrepreneurs and I also actively train, practice yoga and run races to support a variety of charities. My greatest love however, is spending time with my 2 grandchildren, daughter and son-in-law and my wonderful family and friends.
