The Transplant House of West Michigan is on a mission to help others! I had a liver transplant in 2006 and my husband had a heart transplant in 2018. We are a transplant love story! Together we started our non profit.The house is in Grand Rapids and our mission is to help others going through the transplant process by providing a comforting \"home away from home\" for patients, caregivers and their families!
