What matters most to me is that people affected by crisis get timely, respectful, and effective support that truly meets their needs.I’ve spent over 25 years working in humanitarian and development programs—partnering with communities in cities and rural areas across Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and the U.S. I focus on thoughtful program design and practical implementation that leads to real impact. I am a dedicated advocate for inclusion especially actioning the needs of all genders, people with disabilities, older people, and other minority populations.My early work centered on food security and livelihoods, which later expanded into cash and voucher assistance. Throughout, I’ve remained committed to putting people first and removing barriers that stand in the way of meaningful support.I enjoy mentoring teams and helping people grow in their roles.
