   I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and have been coaching and mentoring high-achieving professional women since 2017. I’ve also been an entrepreneur since 2008, leading three successful service-based businesses.My background includes advanced training in Financial Coaching, along with degrees in Business Management, Marketing, and Psychology.From a young age, I was taught to be financially self-reliant. Work hard. Take care of yourself. Always have a plan. I budgeted and saved for the life I wanted. I took pride in making things happen on my own.Then in 2006, everything changed. I was hit by a car. In an instant, my independence disappeared. I faced a five-year recovery. My worst fear had come true: I was physically and financially dependent. I didn’t know if I’d ever work again.I had a choice—give up or reinvent. So I reinvented. Again and again.When life gives you lemons, make money.Those lessons stayed with me when I launched my first business. I planned and saved, but running a business meant I was suddenly responsible for thousands in monthly expenses and a team depending on me.I gave everything to my business—including my paycheck—for years. I leaned on my husband to carry the household. Once again, I felt the weight of dependence. That fear pushed me to face the numbers head-on.In just one year, I was profitable and matching my husband’s income. It was one of my proudest moments.That experience showed me what’s possible when you take charge of your financial life. I became a financial coach to help other women do the same.I know what it’s like to carry the weight of a successful life and still feel unsure about money.I’ve helped women stop avoiding the numbers and build a relationship with their money. They create space for clarity, choice, and possibility.That’s what I do best—help women reduce money stress, make confident financial decisions, and create a life that’s rich in all the ways that matter most to them.
