As a product and innovation leader with over a decade of experience in edtech and healthcare technology, I turn complex, high‑accountability problems into breakthrough solutions by bringing together technology, science, and human potential. Most of my work lives in highly regulated, public‑interest environments where innovation has to earn trust through equity, safety, and measurable outcomes.​My leadership journey spans education, digital health, and emerging technology, and I have consistently pushed what is possible in service of the people using the systems we build. I have not only designed new products and programs but also built and run the operating models, teams, and partnerships that make them work at scale. Developed award‑winning AR/VR/XR learning experiences that reached over 1 million students, including the programs, training, and support needed for successful classroom adoption.​ Led strategy and delivery for Roche’s first commercial SaMD for remote vision patient monitoring, partnering with clinical, regulatory, quality, and operations teams to navigate FDA and quality requirements and stand up ongoing service delivery. Catalyzed innovation in Personalized Healthcare by leading the Bridge Forum, engaging 80+ participants in bi‑monthly knowledge‑sharing, governance, and operating‑model conversations across functions.
