ABOUT HOLLY TU
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I treat individuals, couples, and children from a depth-oriented perspective. I completed my Master\'s in Counseling Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute and have received additional training in Somatic Experiencing and EMDR. I bring a holistic approach to healing and draw from psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches. I also draw from my background as a yoga teacher (RYT-500) and bodyworker (LMT). Prior to this, I worked in various corporate roles in the finance and consulting industries and received my MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. My winding life journey helps me connect with my clients and to better understand some of their myriad challenges around relationships, life transitions, and identity. I graduated with high honors from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and a B.S. in Business Administration (Haas).
