Holly is a Tax Partner in PwC’s Financial Services practice, based in Charlotte, NC, with more than 20 years of experience serving financial institutions across the Southeast. She brings a strong combination of deep tax technical knowledge and disciplined project execution, helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements and operational tax challenges. Holly’s areas of focus include internal controls over income taxes, audits of tax accounting, preparation of tax provisions and reporting, global FATCA implementation, 871(m), and a wide range of information-reporting matters. She is known for translating complex issues into practical, risk-based solutions that support clients’ broader business goals.Earlier in her career, Holly spent six years in New York working across consulting, tax accounting, tax compliance, and global information reporting. During this time, she supported major financial institutions with the design and implementation of their global FATCA programs. In 2014, she was selected for My Genesis Park, PwC’s global leadership development program, where she participated in immersive assignments in Shanghai and the Netherlands that strengthened her leadership capabilities and broadened her global perspective.Within PwC, Holly serves as the Tax Market Champion for the Carolinas, helping shape market strategy and connect teams across the region. She is also the Partner Champion for Societal Impact for PwC Charlotte, leading local community engagement efforts and helping mobilize professionals to create meaningful impact.Holly is deeply committed to supporting her community. She serves on the boards of the Taproot Foundation, which advances pro bono service for nonprofits, and Charlotte Bilingual Preschool, which provides dual-language early childhood education and empowers diverse families across the region.Outside of work, Holly prioritizes time with her two daughters and enjoys spending time in the mountains of western North Carolina.
