I have a broad background of finance experience, with 12+ years in either a Treasury or an FP & A function. I found my passion in Non-Cash Payments 8 years ago when I jumped in and never looked back. I joined McDonald\'s in March of 2021, focusing on US Payments and was promoted to Director of Global Payments in February of 2025. I\'m a big \"nerd\" for everything Payments, but my passion is negotiating and lowering cashless Payment acceptance costs. The savings I\'ve delivered to the US business thus far at McDonald\'s earned me the Presidents\' Award in 2023 (a recognition of the top 1% of performers at McDonald\'s).Aside from Payments, I enjoy improving processes and delivering both money & time savings. During the past year, I assisted my team with identifying 300+ hours of annual savings by eliminating or streamlining processes.I\'m a big people-person, leading a team of 6, and I love helping with career aspirations, whether by providing advice on developing into another role, or how to grown in-role. Overall, I am very goal-oriented and enjoy achieving BIG results. That said, I am determined to never lose sight of the importance of integrity and investing in another\'s growth.
