   Holly is a Partner in PwC’s Boston Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences practice, where she works with biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and medical device companies on their accounting, business and operational challenges. Holly has deep industry knowledge having advised clients on matters arising from commercial product launches, revenue recognition, collaboration arrangements, acquisitions and SEC reporting matters. Holly did a tour with the PwC\'s National Quality Organization\'s Accounting Services Group. Her responsibilities primarily included preparing thought leadership pieces and performing consultations with audit and accounting advisory teams on various accounting issues, primarily relating to revenue recognition, liabilities, compensation and tax. Holly is a recognized subject matter expert in the pharmaceuticals and life science sector. Holly graduated from Saint Michael’s College with a BS in Business Administration and Accounting. She earned her MS in Accounting at Northeastern University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
