I was also recently named part of the Next CIO UK 2025 cohort, which is supporting my continued growth into future C-suite leadership.I’m a strong advocate for diversity in tech, especially for women in senior and aspiring leadership roles. I mentor others, contribute to community initiatives, and actively support inclusive leadership at every level. In my spare time, I’m an England Athletics qualified run leader and part of the team behind the Fordy Runs Running Club in Wakefield, where we offer free, inclusive coaching sessions three times a week and run accessible 0–5k programmes to help people of all backgrounds and abilities get into running.Whether I’m building teams, shaping services, or supporting someone’s first steps on a journey — I care deeply about doing the right thing for people, for customers, and for long-term success.
