Holly concentrates her practice on estate planning and administration, including wills and trusts; guardianships and conservatorships, business law, including business purchases and sales, commercial leases, contracts and formation of limited liability companies and corporations; residential and commercial real estate transactions; and landlord-tenant matters. Holly earned her undergraduate degree in Business from Virginia Tech and her law degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. During law school, Holly served as articles editor on the Richmond Journal of Global Law and Business. She also placed first in the Client Counseling Competition and served on the Client Counseling and Negotiation Board in addition to serving on the board of the International Law Students Association and working in the Education Rights Clinic.
