About Holly Pilcavage
My career has been shaped by a desire to create meaningful connections and drive positive change. A decade ago, my perspective on life shifted when I bought lunch for a homeless woman on her birthday. That small act of kindness ignited a personal journey of storytelling and community impact that continues to guide my work today.I’ve learned that saying yes to the right opportunities, and no to the ones that don’t align with my purpose, can lead to incredible outcomes. This mindset brought me back to Northeastern Pennsylvania, where I spent over eight transformative years growing Coal Creative, a digital marketing agency rooted in innovation and community care. Together with a team of talented creatives, I helped shape a company culture focused on collaboration, inclusivity, and impact.I also contributed to meaningful causes, such as co-chairing the inaugural PrideFest Parade in Downtown Wilkes-Barre and raising over for Dress for Success Luzerne County.Today, I serve as Vice President of Enrollment, Student Success, and Institutional Advancement at Luzerne County Community College, where I focus on helping students and communities thrive through authentic leadership, collaboration, and a deep belief in the power of education to change lives.I’m equally proud of the other spaces I’ve built to foster growth and connection. As co-creator of Evergreen, a boutique plant and gift shop, I cultivated a space where people could feel inspired to grow, both individually and collectively.
