With over 28 years of experience in the travel industry, I am a Sr. Director of Operations at BCD Travel, a global leader in corporate travel management. I oversee the daily operations of our business travel services, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I lead a team of professionals, who support our clients with travel booking, itinerary planning, policy compliance, reporting, and crisis management. I also collaborate with our internal and external partners, such as suppliers, vendors, account managers, and technology teams, to optimize our processes, systems, and solutions. I have earned three certifications from LinkedIn, demonstrating my skills in leading without formal authority, building trust, and developing a service mindset. I am passionate about delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients, while driving operational excellence and innovation for our organization. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in various roles and locations within BCD Travel, from Operations Supervisor to Senior Operations Manager.
