   I partner closely with global P&C and COE teams to review workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements that strengthen service delivery and operational effectiveness. Below are my notable accomplishments Identified and closed key process gaps within the Benefits COE by recommending automation through ADP and Workday integrations, enhanced reporting, and targeted system configuration updates—resulting in an estimated savings of 12 hours per month Led the Process & Documentation workstream for a global P&C transformation, where I defined the overall strategy, built and managed cross-regional teams, and drove the end-to-end delivery of more than 280 SOPs. This workstream remained on schedule throughout the program and was the only one that was never flagged as at risk.
